Class, Flameworking 101

Intro to Flameworking with Ed Hastings

Saturdays, 2:00-4:30pm (multiple dates, see drop-down)

$160 Per person, limit 5

You will gain a hands-on knowledge of working safely with a torch and flameworking tools to bend and manipulate glass into shapes, primarily beads formed on a mandrel. Learn about the glass and the never-ending possibilities of creating with it.  This 5-week class allows for some freedom to tailor instruction to student interest.

We will provide all the materials you need on the first night to get the hang of working on the torch, and you'll be able to use a lot of our equipment throughout the class. The instructor will show you what to shop for in our store; depending on your chosen projects, you could spend as little as ten dollars on glass!
