Attend one "opening night" of your choice; Denise will teach you the basics of glass cutting and shaping, designing your mosaic and proper gluing for optimal results. Come with your design or copy one of Denise's samples. Learn use of safe classroom procedures during store hours to work on your piece, or work from home. When you're ready...
Attend one "grout night"; Denise will teach how to mix and apply grout to your mosaic, and discuss any further questions you have about continuing with mosaics!
No Experience Necessary
Summary of costs:
Opening Night: $50
Opening Night Glass Fee: $25+tax (covers enough scrap glass from our extensive collection to cover up to one square foot (12x12"). No need to pay this fee if you plan to bring/buy your own glass.
Grout Night: $35 (includes enough grout in white, black, or gray to finish up to one square foot)
Plan to bring or buy: (we'll have a materials list ready when you arrive for opening night!)
-A flat base (wood or glass) to create on (we have 10x10 wood frames and trays that are perfect!)
-Glue (we recommend Weldbond glue, which we carry in three sizes)
-Additional Glass (in case you can't find what you want in our scrap pile)

This class is appropriate for ages 12+ (must be accompanied by an adult)
